Well, we’re in September and there have been some changes in my life. I moved in with my fiancé in Martinez last month, and it has been a beautiful transition and I love it. We are looking forward to getting married when we think the time is right. The pandemic took our wedding plans and crushed them. Luckily we hadn’t put a down payment on the venue. We missed that by a day. Whew! So we wait and see.
Other changes are the shift in businesses. I am more focused on my photography business and am accepting appts for high school senior photography and family portraits and headshot photography. I am also open for surprise proposals and engagement sessions. I have one booked October 5th and it will also be a wine tour.
So, I’m still doing the wine tours but not going wild on the advertising like I have in the past. My Let’s Roll Wine Tours website is on the first page of google and I’m still getting calls so yes, I’m taking appts for designated driver wine tours. It’s been slow with the wine industry and the north bay fires haven’t helped. It’s been horribly smokey and very unhealthy lately to even be outside.
YAY! The fires have subsided and we finally have blue skies the last two days. It’s beautiful in the wine country. We recently became members at Gunlach Bunschu (Gunbun) and look forward to visiting there more often.
Some favorite wineries in Napa to visit are Duckhorn, Sherwin, Alpha Omega, SilverOak Cellars, Pride Mtn, Swanson, Amizetta and Chappellet.
